Hill Summer - Board of Direction (Asia)
Mr. Summer is an established business leader, entrepreneur, and visionary. He has a successful record of managing international minerals trading company and a global investment firm for over 19 years.

His expertise includes but is not limited to leadership, strategic planning and marketing, real estate investment, supply chain management, management information systems, international trade, ISO Quality Control, Six-Sigma, etc. Mr. Summer has a law degree in international law from Jilin University and was an assistant professor in Hubei, China.


Sarah Mei, MPA, MBA - American Operations and Management
Ms. Mei is a procurement professional with over 10 years experience in marketing, strategic sourcing, contract administration, real estate investment, and project management.

Her initial background is in Library Science in Wuhan University with a specialty in informational research. She has a Master degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Florida A&M University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida State University.



Darlina Yung, BAF - Corporate Facilitator (Asia)
Ms. Yung established her professional experience at a prestigious international trade company in Tianjin, China. She has successfully demonstrated her skills in leadership, marketing, public relations, international business, and finance.

Ms. Yung came to the team with a Bachelors degree in Finance from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.



Michael Dowell, P.E., BSCE, MASCE – Corporate Advisor (America)
Mr. Dowell is a registered Professional Engineer in the State Of Florida serving the transportation industry for the past 33 years. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Florida in 1982.

He has experience in the areas of Project Management, Consultant Selection/Negotiating/Management, GIS Systems, Geometric/ Pavement/Drainage Design, Highway/Residential Construction, Materials Testing/Analysis, and Public Transportation. He has managed a wide range of projects including but not limited to transportation facilities, data collection/documentation, site monitoring, etc. He has written several design/informational manuals and produced documents of interest to the public and industry. He has provided many technical and non technical presentations before large groups of people as well as teaching design.
