• Experience in the acquisition process in the areas of law, accounting, engineering and finance.
• Ability to identify and execute real estate transactions utilizing brokers, developers, bankers/lenders, attorneys, and owners.
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate potential deals.
• In depth analysis of market trends based on location, demographics, etc.
• Monitoring current market conditions and governmental policy decisions.
