Criteria for the Land Considered

Homeland in America, LLC, purchases financially distressed and/or affordable subdivision land parcels for potential resident development by third parties in the near future. Our organization has in inventory more than 200 land parcels available in several states with the majority located in Florida. We purchase reasonably priced land parcels in areas of growth such as the I-4 corridor in Central Florida as well as land parcels in future emerging markets where current land prices are below market value.
